Beef Stroganoff


Beef Stroganoff

1 lb lean ground beef
1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1 cup light sour cream
8 oz egg noodles, prepared

Brown beef in skillet. Drain. Add soup and milk. Stir well. Stir in sour cream and cook until heated through. Serve over hot egg noodles. Serves 6.
